Cassie Slaps Diddy With Shocking Lawsuit

Thursday (November 16) Cassie filed a hefty lawsuit with the Federal Court against the Bad Boy CEO Diddy, born Sean Combs, claiming that Combs had raped her in 2018, forced her to have sex with numerous male prostitutes throughout the course of their relationship, along with enduring countless beatings from Diddy in front of staff and security.

Immediately following the filed lawsuit, Combs’ attorney refuted all claims and accused Cassie of filing the suit for money. His attorney claimed Cassie had been threatening Combs for months that she’d write a tell-all book if Diddy didn’t give her $30 million.

Both Parties Settled Out

Surprisingly, Diddy instantly settled out of the lawsuit late Friday night (November 17).

Cassie released a statement saying,

“I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control. I want to thank my family, fans, and lawyers for their unwavering support.”

Combs’ legal team followed behind Cassie’s statement saying,

“We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love.”

Although the terms of the settlement remain undisclosed, Combs’ attorney, Ben Brafman, told TMZ,

“Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle the lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing. Mr Combs’ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.”
